This Sugar was much needed for the summertime. Floral bright and spicy it contains flavor you can’t deny. This idea came from a drink that is well known in Caribbean. With hibiscus and a mixture of spices all found during slave trade this little piece of history still echos in our communities till this day. Use with tea lemonade, or to rim your glass this sugar holds a lot of flavor.
Ingredients: Turbinado Sugar (contains molasses), hibiscus flower, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, orange peel.
